If you are enrolled in Auto Pay, you will still receive a paper copy of your bill. Your payment will be deducted on the due date.
Restoring Service
If you will be making payment to restore service during business hours (9:00 am to 4:00 pm), you will need to call 425-771-0241. You will need to contact the Utility Billing Department, even if you have paid your bill in full on this website.
If you need to restore service after hours, please call 425-407-3999, the non-emergency 911 center contact number and explain that you need your water service restored. Please also refer to Frequently Asked Questions under the Help tab for the applicable fees and payment requirements for this after hours service.
