Utility Billing Payments

If you will be making payment to restore service during business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm), you will need to call 425-771-0241. If you need to restore service after hours, please call 911 and explain this is a non-emergency. Please also refer to Frequently Asked Questions under the Help tab for the applicable fees for this service.
If you are enrolled in Auto Pay, you will still receive a paper copy of your bill. Your payment will be deducted on the due date.
Urgent Notice to Utility Customers
We have become aware that some Utility Customers may be unknowingly using the Payment Service DOXO (indicated in the upper left corner) to pay their Utility Bills.
The City of Edmonds has no affiliation with DOXO, and payments made via DOXO or any other payment service not affiliated with the City may not be received timely, which can result in service termination.
To ensure timely payment and avoid unnecessary interruption in service, we advise our Utility Customers to use the City of Edmonds online bill pay system instead.
